At FindUrSpace, we aim to offer a seamless booking experience. Below are our cancellation and refund terms:

1. Day Passes

• Cancellations 24+ hours before start time: Full refund.
• Cancellations under 24 hours: Non-refundable.

2. Meeting & Conference Rooms

• 48+ hours before: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable.

3. Monthly Memberships

• 30-day written notice required for cancellation.
• No refund on early termination.

4. Refund Process

• Processed within 21 working days to original payment method.
• Service/transaction fees will be deducted.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Cancellation after start time.
• No-shows.
• External issues (network, power, etc.) at user’s end.
